Terms of Service
Applicable to all services provided by Coders Hub to its clients.
1. Source Code Ownership
Upon receipt of full and final payment, the Client is granted full access to the complete source code of the delivered product.
2. Project Backups
Snapshots of the product will be maintained and stored securely by both Coders Hub and the Client, ensuring continuity and recovery access for either party if needed.
3. Delivery Guarantee & Refund Eligibility
If the agreed-upon product is not delivered within the specified deadline, plus a grace period of two (2) weeks, the Client is entitled to a full refund of any payments made.
4. Revision Policy
The number of revisions included in the project is defined and capped within the initial agreement signed with the Client. Requests beyond this limit may be subject to additional charges.
5. Upfront Payment
The upfront payment is non-refundable, except in cases where the conditions outlined in Section 3 (Delivery Guarantee & Refund Eligibility) are met.
6. Design & Branding Direction
If the Client does not provide a defined style guide or branding scheme prior to project commencement, Coders Hub's team will determine the visual direction at its own discretion. Once finalized, this design direction is considered final and non-reversible.
7. Cancellation by Coders Hub
If a project is cancelled by Coders Hub, the Client will be notified promptly and will receive a full refund of all payments made to date.
8. Additional Features & Scope Changes
Any features or functionality requested by the Client beyond what was declared in the initial agreement are considered outside the original scope and will be quoted and billed separately.
Coders Hub is an independent development studio. These terms apply to all services offered, including web development, domain & email setup, Telegram bot development, Discord solutions, SaaS platforms, and API/systems work.
